At conclusion of six-week arbitration of breach of contract dispute against J.P. Morgan, we obtained a $373 million award in favor of American Century. Award was confirmed at trial court level, and a total of nearly $384 million was paid to our client (including interest). This is the largest known collected judgment in Missouri history.
