Kendra Frazier focuses her practice on complex civil and business litigation. Kendra graduated in 2016 from the University of Kansas School of Law, where she was Article Editor for the Kansas Journal of Law & Public Policy. Following law school, Kendra served as a law clerk to the Honorable Lisa White Hardwick at the Missouri Court of Appeals.
Obtained complete summary judgment on behalf of defendant INTRUST Bank, N.A., in complex litigation involving Plaintiffs alleging damages in excess of $24,000,000 based on claims relating to the bank’s legal rights to assets pursuant to the Kansas Uniform Trust Code.
